Kids are resilient. Kids are amazing. And just like all three of my children have shown me, they adapt and their compassion for life increases when they see their parents thriving even through such challenging situations.
I think one of the most compelling moments to me is when my children have a project at school and they want to include a story about me. And in fact, just recently, my youngest son told me he has to enter the science fair project this year. He has to do it. So he has chosen his project about how a wheelchair works. How does a wheelchair work?
We should be going out for walks every morning or, in my case, wheeling around in the morning before the weather gets hot. You know, we should be going out with our family for dinner.
My name is Meena. I am More Than MG.
